Experience Munich’s famous Viktualienmarkt in a completely new way with a playful and interactive culinary adventure in the heart of the city. Instead of a traditional food tour where you simply follow a guide and taste snacks, this experience turns the market into a fun game full of challenges, discoveries, and delicious surprises.
At the start of the tour, receive a Bingo card filled with food-related challenges and discoveries connected to the market and Bavarian culture. Your mission is to explore the market together with your guide, taste different snacks, interact with vendors, and complete as many Bingo tasks as possible.
The Bingo squares might include challenges such as trying a traditional Bavarian snack, finding the oldest stand in the market, tasting something you have never tried before, identifying a Bavarian ingredient, guessing a spice or flavor, learning a Bavarian word from your guide, or discovering a stand run by a local family business.
As you walk through the colorful alleys of the Viktualienmarkt, your guide will share stories about Munich’s food traditions, the history of the market, and the unique culture of Bavarian cuisine. Along the way, stop at selected stalls where you can sample small snacks and local specialties while completing your Bingo challenges.
