Sway along to the Dresdner Residenz Orchester, made of the best musicians in the city, as they play emotional waltzes by Johann Strauss, famous arias, and polkas. Greet the new year with a song and dance! Since its founding in 2013, the Dresdner Residenz Orchester has delighted its guests at Dresdner Zwinger Palace with classical masterpieces, played by outstanding young musicians each weekend. The young orchestra enthusiastically plays world famous works, written by composers such as Antonio Vivaldi, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Strauss. Prof. Igor Malinovsky, the founder of the orchestra unifies both the Russian and Viennese tradition of playing violin and worked first as a concertmaster with some of the best orchestras in Europe, such as Berlin, Komische Oper, Munich Bayerisches Staatsorchester and Valencia Palau des Arts Reina Sofia.
