Your walk begins in the central station hall, your meeting point with the guide. The city of Monaco can be compared to a living room and it is a slow-paced, holiday-time stroll through which you will visit the most impressive and interesting places of the Bavarian capital. One of the ancient gates of Monaco is called KARLSTOR and you will enter the city right from that door and walk the Neuhauser Straße until you reach the Michaelskirche church, with its façade made up of columns, windows and niches containing statues of Bavarian lords and emperors . The beauty of Monaco lies in its history: for over 800 years it has only amazed us with twists, scandals, disasters, inventions and upsets. Always at a leisurely pace you will arrive at the Cathedral of Our Lady, the 'Frauenkirche', with its 2 beautiful towers that have become the symbol of the city and made famous by an imprint of the devil. The legend in fact wants the builder of the church made a pact with the Devil and the proof of this is right inside the church where the Devil left an imprint. You will arrive at Marienplatz, the true center and the real living room of the city. This square is famous for its town hall and its carillon, the tower clock, adorned with statues height of man in movement, and then you will immerse yourself in the open market, the market of Monaco of a thousand colors and flavors. A coffee? Of course, at Tambosi, the oldest coffee in Munich! You will stop right at Odeonsplatz to talk about Lola Montez and the Italian baroque, the court gardens and the Residenz, Hitler and Napoleon. And then, once you have rested you can turn the Englischer Garten one of the largest parks in the world! In summer, in good weather, bring your swimsuit for a dip in the river ISAR.
