Toboggan runs and sledging in Tegernsee region

Tegernsee is approximately 60 km from Munich and a real paradise for winter sport activities.

Rottach-Egern, Wallberg

Here you find one of the longest sledging trails in Germany with 6,5 km length. For the way up to the top you can take the cable car from where you can enjoy fantastic views. If the weather is good you can even see Munich City from there.

The trail is family friendly, but due to its length more recommended for older children.

At the panorama restaurant you can enjoy delicious bavarian delicacies before you go down the hill.

The run starts below the Wallbergkirchlein (Wallberg church).

Sledges can be rented and if you have never been sledging before you can ask for tips and tricks.
