Mueller'sches Volksbad

This swimming pool counts to the most beautiful art nouveau buildings within Munich`s city center.

This bathhouse opened in 1901 and was once donated by the engineer Karl Müller to the city as a gift for the rural poor.

Until today the detailed work of the décor has been kept true to the original.

Here one can experience swimming and taking a sauna in an extraordinary atmosphere. Solarium and massages are on offer too.

After swimming you can have a drink or meal in the lovely “Cafè im Volksbad” which is just inside the same building.

Opening times:

Swimming pools: : daily from 07.30-23.00 hrs

Sauna area:: daily from 09.00-23.00 hrs, Tuesdays full day and Friday until 15.00 hrs ladies only

Prices are approximately 3,70€ for swimming pool and 14,00€ for the visit of the Sauna facilities. The prices can vary depending on special discounts and time of the day.
