Description
The evening takes place in the SOUL OF AFRIKA gallery – surrounded by contemporary African art and a special atmosphere. Together with sommelier David Amper, you will embark on a delightful journey through the world of champagne.
To start, you will learn more about the history and origin of champagne and what actually makes the different varieties and styles. Afterwards, we will taste together: You will try different champagnes, discover different aromas, and can take your time to find out which nuances you particularly like. David Amper will accompany the tasting with his expertise, personal stories, and a few exciting anecdotes.
Of course, you won't miss out on the food. Fine finger food is served to match the champagnes, wonderfully complementing the different flavors.
In between, there will be plenty of time to look around the gallery and discover the works of art on display. The combination of champagne, African art, and good conversation makes the evening a special experience – with no rigid program, but plenty of room to enjoy and discover.
And there is also something good beyond the evening: a portion of the proceeds goes to local environmental and animal welfare projects.
