Together, you will taste five selected wines, accompanied by classic and surprising cheese combinations that are specially matched to the aromas of the wines. To start, an aperitif awaits you before you embark on a journey through various grape varieties and cheese specialties. During the tasting, you will learn exciting background information about the origin of the wines, the special features of viticulture and production, and the winemakers behind the wines. Our hosts will share their knowledge of the basic rules of harmony between cheese and wine and show you how classic and unusual combinations are created. Enjoy fresh bread, olive oil, and fine salt to fully appreciate the variety of flavors.
