Description
Experience Bavarian food culture in a very special way. Together, you will visit the Viktualienmarkt, where you will learn more about regional products and the history of the traditional snack and buy the ingredients. Then you'll head to a lovingly furnished apartment in an old building in the immediate vicinity of the market. There, you will prepare your own hearty snack under guidance and receive practical tips and interesting product knowledge.
Depending on the season and availability, typical Bavarian specialties are created, such as:
• Home-made Obazda
• Crispy Munich pretzels
• Salted radishes
• Meatballs with potato and cucumber salad
All dishes are then packaged for transportation so that you can enjoy your snack at your favorite spot in Munich. You can of course take the recipes home with you.
