A new social project by the Munich Diakonia to create new jobs is new fashion made out of old clothes. The collection is based on the creativity and individuality of the women that work for the project.
Kleidsam consists of three areas:
+ Second hand for women: Everything what the working woman needs and appreciates. We focus on fashion of naturally materials and high-quality workmanship for the women who know what life is all about. We provide a great selection of accessories, on special requests we will have a look on our stock: evening wear, costumes or wedding dresses.
+ Kleidsam Couture in the summer house: second hand is getting vintage couture. Second hand clothing will be pepped up and reworked into unique items. We provide tailor service and manufacture bags as well.
+ Kleidsam Second hand for children: Kid’s fashion for babies up to size 158, classic toys, and a big selection of books and games.
It is a social project based on the idea ‘to donate clothes - create jobs’. Jobs for 31 women with difficulties on the general labor market are funded by proceeds.
