In the Museum for Casts of Classical Sculptures in Munich, we take a look around the museum and practice drawing bodies, proportions, light and shadows on plaster casts of ancient statues. Here we have the opportunity to see plaster casts of ancient statues up close and learn more about the creation of such copies. In creative drawing exercises, we devote ourselves to copying these impressive statues in order to skilfully capture proportions, light and shadow. All you need is a pencil, paper and your eyes.
